The new complex boasted a health and fitness studio, a 120-station gym, a soft play area and crèche, changing rooms and a more spacious river frontage café/restaurant. All the facilities were designed to ensure easy access for people with disabilities.
Key features of the design include a spacious and welcoming reception foyer, new ice rink support accommodation and innovative first floor walkways which links the new building to the existing sports hall and ice rink. The ice rink and hall were refurbished to create a modern, airy and exciting new experience for customers.
Our work included internal doorsets, ironmongery, bespoke joinery, FF&E and general joinery items.
“Having worked with M&S over several years they always provide competitive, robust quotations and are a pleasure to work with. They are very helpful when looking at value engineering options, they meet the demands of a programme, their work is of a high standard and they treat variations in a considered manner. I look forward to working with them on future contracts.”
